How can we improve this:  Get your Boating license and listen to your provider?  They are specialists in Boating Safety and Boating Skills. “Any time you are going to turn to Port, turn to Starboard, throttle up, and throttle down, do a 360 degree check”  This should be exclusive into your navigation skill set.
